Charley Murahwi is an Senior Geologist with Micon. He has held senior management positions with major mining companies, including Anglo American plc, and has experience in gold and base metal exploration in Archean granite-greenstone terrains and platinum group metals in layered intrusions. As an Independent Consultant, Mr. Murahwi undertook the technical and financial evaluation of mining and exploration projects in a number of countries in Central and Southern Africa. He has an M.Sc. from Rhodes University in South Africa and a Diplome D’Ingeneur Expert from the Nancy School of Mines, France.

Christopher Jacobs is a Vice President and senior consultant in mineral economics, based in Toronto. He is a chartered engineer and holds an MBA, with over 26 years of experience in the management of mineral exploration and mining operations. Since joining Micon in 2004, Chris has undertaken due diligence, feasibility study and mine evaluation assignments involving gold, nickel/copper, IOCG, lead/zinc, iron, tin, chromite, vanadium and platinum deposits in North and South America, Asia (Russia, China, Kazakhstan) and South Africa. His most recent operating experience was with Anglo Platinum in Johannesburg where he was responsible for the technical and economic evaluation of mining projects worth over $1 billion. Prior to this, Chris was operations director for the Zimbabwean gold mining operations of Anglo American plc, and technical director of Cluff Resources Zimbabwe Ltd.

Christopher Lattanzi is a mining engineer, Principal and former President of Micon. He has been active in the consulting area since 1967, when he joined David S. Robertson & Associates, and was a founding member of Micon International in 1988. Prior to joining Robertson & Associates, he was in charge of mine design and operation for Canada's first oil sands operation, and a senior operating engineer in the brown coal industry of the State of Victoria, Australia. Mr. Lattanzi has particular expertise in property valuation and expert witness testimony in cases of litigation.

David Wells is a Senior Metallurgist in the Norwich office of Micon International Co Limited. He has thirty-five years of managerial, operations, technical and project experience in the metalliferous and industrial minerals industries. He has been employed by international mining and resource companies in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Canada, UK and Western Europe, and has worked as an independent consultant. Mr Wells has expertise in: test programme planning and implementation; process design and engineering; feasibility studies; contract management; plant construction and commissioning; operations, training and health and safety management; process auditing and troubleshooting; quality system management; liaison with financial institutions, contractors, equipment manufacturers, government agencies and research organizations.

Dibya Kanti (DK) Mukhopadhyay is Senior Economic Geologist in the Norwich office of Micon. He has more than twelve years of experience in the minerals industry, employed by major international mining and resource companies in Asia and Africa. He has worked as a mine geologist and exploration geologist in precious and base metal operations. DK's experience includes project appraisal and evaluation, orebody definition and modelling, sampling and assay quality control, support for metallurgical studies, grade control systems and open-pit and underground mine production. He is a specialist Datamine and Surpac mining software systems operator and has extensive experience in creating mineral resource block models. DK has mining industry operating experience gained in India, Armenia and Tanzania.

Geraint Harris is Senior Mining Engineer in the Norwich office of Micon. Geraint has worked for more than ten years in the international mining industry, with operational experience in Ireland, the USA and in South Africa. He holds a Masters degree in Mining Engineering from the Mackay School of Mines in Reno, Nevada and a B.Eng degree from the University of Nottingham, England. He has worked in open pit gold mines and underground in molybdenum, gold and lead/zinc operations employing block caving, room & pillar, open stoping and drift & fill methods, including the use of paste backfill. He has experience in production, mine planning and project management, and expertise with mine planning and engineering software.

Harry Burgess is a Senior Mining Engineer and Vice President with Micon. Mr. Burgess has been engaged in consulting since 1980. His prior operating experience includes senior positions in the copper industry of Zambia and gold mining in South Africa. In Zambia, he held management positions with both technical and production responsibility. In South Africa, he was responsible for the introduction of mechanized mining systems to the gold mines of Anglo-American Corporation in the Orange Free State. Mr. Burgess has particular experience in the monitoring to completion of mining projects for banks and financial institutions and in independent due diligence evaluation of mineral properties.

Jane Spooner is a Principal and mineral market specialist with Micon. She has specialized in mineral market analysis since graduation as a geologist and has prepared studies on a wide range of metals and industrial minerals, coal and uranium. Market and price outlook studies are used by Micon in the evaluation and valuation of mineral properties. Mineral market analysis is also provided for the advice of clients in looking at new business opportunities, acquisitions and in support of litigation.

Jenifer Hill is an environmental scientist with over 15 years experience in environmental assessments. Jenifer is based in Micon's Vancouver office. She has been involved in project management, due diligence and independent engineer reviews, environmental baseline studies, impact assessments, mitigation planning, and environmental management. Her experience includes forestry, transportation, and hydroelectric projects in Canada and mining projects throughout Canada, Latin America, and internationally.

Jim Leader is a Senior Mining Engineer with Micon, based in our Vancouver office. Jim has 30 years varied experience in operations, technical planning and mining consultancy, with expertise in the technical and economic evaluation of mining properties. After graduating from Camborne School of Mines in 1974, Jim worked at a large underground copper mine in Zambia before obtaining his M.Sc.(Mining Engineering) from Queen's University, Ontario, in 1980. He then worked at an open pit molybdenum mine in British Columbia, and as a mining analyst before joining Wright Engineers (now Fluor Daniel) where, between 1984 and 2001, he undertook project evaluations, due diligence and feasibility studies for many clients on projects worldwide. From 2001 until 2006, when he joined Micon, Jim taught in the Mining Technology program at BCIT.

Jonathan Steedman is a Mineral Resource Geologist with Micon, based in Norwich. Since joining Micon in 2005, Mr. Steedman has provided technical consulting services to clients across the world, with involvement in feasibility studies, technical due diligence work, mineral reserve audits and competent persons reports. Prior to this, he worked as an independent geological consultant, having gained operating experience in copper mining in central Africa where he was the site geologist and, subsequently, provided mine planning consulting services. He is fully familiar with a number of commercial mine design and scheduling software packages relating to borehole databases, geostatistics, block modeling, open pit optimization, mine design and scheduling, and has provided on-site training courses in the use of such software in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia.

Reno Pressacco is a Senior Geologist with Micon International Limited, mineral industry consultants. Richard Gowans is President of Micon. Mr. Gowans' experience as a metallurgist, which spans over 26 years, includes the operation and design of mineral processing and hydrometallurgical plants for a wide variety of minerals and metals. He has been involved in operations, management, detailed engineering and commissioning of a broad range of processing facilities. He has also worked on a wide assortment of feasibility studies, technical audits, project management and due diligence assignments on international industrial mineral, precious and base metal projects. Mr. Gowans gained his operations experience in the platinum mines of South Africa from 1981 and has been engaged in consulting since 1987, with firms LTA Process Engineering Limited, Kilborn (SNC-Lavalin) and with Micon, which he joined in 1998.

Stanley Bartlett is a Senior Geologist and Vice President with Micon and is Managing Director of the firm's Norwich office. He has 20 years experience in project management and all aspects of mine production. Expertise includes project appraisal, data compilation and evaluation, orebody definition and modelling, sampling and assay quality control, geostatistics, ore reserve estimation, bulk sampling and support for metallurgical studies. Mr. Bartlett has held senior positions in mine operations and project evaluation groups, and most recently played an integral part in the development of an open pit copper mine/heap leach/electrowinning plant in Chile. During the course of his career, Mr. Bartlett has managed major mining and drilling contractors, and been responsible for liaison with government agencies, joint-venture partners, local community groups and mineral property vendors.

B. Terrence (Terry) Hennessey is a Senior Geologist and Vice President with Micon. He has over 25 years of experience in field and underground mapping, reverse circulation and diamond drill program planning, execution and management, including over 10 years of experience at mineral resource estimation, ore reserve reporting and grade control at several open pit and underground mines in Canada. Prior to joining Micon, he gained experience in mapping, literature research, and preparation of maps for publication with the Ontario Geological Survey. He later worked in gold, base metals and tin exploration in the Canadian Shield and the Piedmont region of the Southeastern United States, as well as iron ore exploration in the Labrador Trough. Mr. Hennessey has production supervision experience in an open pit gold mine. Mr. Hennessey is currently involved in ore reserve estimation and auditing, and in the assessment and valuation of mines and mineral properties. He has particular experience in the collection and interpretation of geologic data in mining environments and their use to support or constrain conventional and block model resource estimates.

Victor (Vic) Bryant is a Senior Metallurgist with Micon in Micon's Vancouver office. He has extensive experience in the mining industry spanning some 37 years in gold, copper and zinc plant operations and management, and in engineering. This includes experience in plant commissioning, project management, plant optimisation, trouble shooting, process design and feasibility studies. Mr. Bryant's mineral processing expertise includes conventional crushing, high pressure roll crushing, screening, conventional and SAG/AG milling, flotation (conventional, differential, reverse and column technology), fluosolids roasting and exposure to copper smelting and refining. His project and operational experience has been gained in Zambia, Ghana, the Philippines, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru, as well as in Canada. Prior to joining Micon, Mr. Bryant has held senior positions with Anglo American, Noranda, Placer Dome, Sherritt Gordon, Wright Engineers/Fluor and Billiton.

William (Bill) Lewis is a Senior Geologist with Micon. He has 20 years of professional experience with both exploration and mining projects, including 10 years of experience in production, mineral resource estimation, ore reserve reporting and grade control in underground mines. Prior to joining Micon, he was the Chief Geologist at the New Britannia Mine in Snow Lake, Manitoba and part of the management team responsible for the successful operation of this low-grade mine. He also held the position of Production Geologist of the Giant Gold Mine in Yellowknife, NWT. The gold mineralization at both the New Britannia and Giant mines was associated with hydrothermally altered and sulphide-bearing mafic volcanic rocks hosted in zones of shearing and deformation.
