CEO, MANAGING DIRECTOR (UK) & SENIOR GEOLOGIST

20 years experience in project management, geological modeling and resource estimation, mine optimisation, grade control and metal accounting. Modelling skills include creation and manipulation of drillhole databases, gridding, wireframing, geostatistics, 3D block model estimations and compliant resource reporting. Experience in financial modelling, reserve conversion, mine schedules, processing and environmental laws.

Almost 40 years experience which consists of operation and design of mineral processing and hydrometallurgical plants and operations, management, commissioning of processing facilities beginning in the platinum mines of South Africa.

PRINCIPAL GEOLOGIST AND PROJECT MANAGER

Over 20 years experience in the geological exploration and mining industry. Has worked on a broad-scaling range of exploration and mining projects and commodities worldwide, including precious metals, base metals, diamonds, coal and uranium. Areas of expertise include the implementation of QA/QC standards and protocols for exploration programs, budget management and guidance, database management, project management (PEA, PFS and FS), geological data interpretation and public reporting of resultant mineral assets.

Over four years experience in production, resource estimation, geological modelling, exploration and data visualisation, grade control planning and sampling, exploration drill planning, diamond core logging, grade control and resource modelling, reconciliation, geological mapping, sample result validation and QA/QC as well as database management.

8 years’ experience in the mining and management consulting industries. Strategic analyst and project manager expertise, together with having completed an MSc Mining Engineering in Mineral Economics, has instilled a strong technical background and structured approach to analytics and innovative problem solving.

SENIOR PROCESSING ENGINEER

Over 30 years’ experience in mining, minerals and materials and particular processing experience in hydrometallurgy and leaching, froth flotation, solid-liquid separation and gravity concentration. Held multiple production, Research & Development, consultancy and management positions. Proficient in the use of process simulation and mass balance software.

SENIOR RESOURCE GEOLOGIST

Over eleven years of experience. Dr. Langdon has an international background in gold and coltan exploration and mining of industrial minerals. He is experienced in resource estimation, green and brownfield exploration, geological modelling, geostatistics, grade-control, geochemistry, big data visualisation and machine learning, as well as academic research.

Over 11 years experience in management of underground mine operations including mine planning and scheduling, mining methods, mine optimization and KPI tracking, grade control, reconciliation, budgeting, cash flows, OPEX and CAPEX costs, and managing social and environmental aspects as well as unions.

SENIOR ECONOMIC GEOLOGIST

More than 35 years experience. Held senior management positions with major mining companies, including Anglo American plc., throughout southern Africa. Experienced in mineral exploration, mine development and mining operations, as well as geostatistical techniques in mineral resource/reserve reporting. An expert on the knowledge/genesis of various types of deposits based on training and on-hands experience, e.g. chromite (both stratiform and podiform), PGE, Sedex, VMS, orogenic, epithermal, deposits.

Over 25 years of open pit mine engineering experience both in operations and the management of international mining projects. Extensive experience within operational, consulting, and EPCM environments, coordinating with both multidisciplinary groups and key stakeholders.

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

Has 25 years of experience in mineral exploration. Previously Chief Engineer with Manhattan Minerals on the VMS Tambo Grande Project in Peru, then Senior Geological Modeller with Aurelian Resources on the Fruta del Norte gold project in Ecuador. Experienced in data management for exploration projects, mineral resource estimates and open pit optimisation.

GEOLOGIST

Chitrali Sarkar is a Geologist based in the Toronto office. With more than 9 years of progressive industry experience in exploration management, production and mine planning in Canada and overseas, Chitrali has gained practical knowledge of both underground and open pit mining, successfully driving business results while maximizing utilization of mineral resources in a sustainable manner.
