Micon is saddened to learn of the untimely death of D. William (Bill) Hooley who passed away suddenly on 7 June 2022. From 2000 to 2005 Bill was Managing Director of Micon’s UK office, and latterly Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Anglesey Mining plc, as well as Director and Deputy Chairman of Anglesey’s associate company, Labrador Iron Mines. He will be greatly missed by his colleagues and peers and our thoughts go out to all who loved and admired him.
