Micon International Limited welcomes Farsadat Hashemi, PhD, MSc, BSc, to its Toronto office in Canada.

Farsadat Hashemi is a geotechnical specialist with over 5 years of experience. Prior to joining Micon she performed a number of roles including Junior Geotechnical Engineer, Junior Mining Engineer, and Geotechnical Lab Technician. Her experience in the field is complemented by the successful completion of a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Mining Engineering, and she has developed a solid technical foundation and refined problem-solving skills.

Farsadat is experienced in soil and rock mechanics, geotechnical analysis and modelling, sample collection and assessment, rock drillability testing, geotechnical hazards, and site evaluation.
